Terms of Service

These terms exist to ensure a respectful experience for both artist and client.

★ Commissions are for personal use only. This means the artwork cannot be used for profit. I do not create for commercial works.★ I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise! In addition, I will include the artwork in my portfolio.★ Please wait patiently for your commissions to be finished. Give me at most one(1) month max to complete the commission, just in case something happens. I value quality and details, so I put many hours into my drawings. You're welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one for a long time. I usually provide updates for line art/soft sketch, flat colors, and final check phases!★ I maintain my own artistic style and will not replicate another artist's work.★ I have every right to decline a commission if my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.★ Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine. Just make sure to credit me @e_chau1★ Please provide visual references in the form. Non-visual references may result to be declined. Providing a full reference helps me ensure I can fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes.★★ AI-generated references are NOT allowed.★ Payment ★★ A deposit of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. The 50% I will take when the job is done. The final product will be delivered once I receive payment in full.★Cancellations: You may cancel before work begins for a full refund. If you cancel the work during the sketch phase, a partial refund will be issued (25%). If you cancel the work during the rendering phase, no refunds are provided.★ Payments are through PayPal. My address: [email protected]★ Rare occasions: If I feel like I cannot complete the commission at all or cannot meet the deadline, I can give you a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (total cost minimum: 25%) In addition, I will include bonuses towards the request.★★ Any rude or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me cancelling the commission. You will be notified of the cancellation and refunded by me. I will keep 50% of the total payment. No exceptions.★ Process ★★ Once your request is approved, upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before proceeding to finish the artwork. Once I received confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.★ Once the artwork is finished, I will send one final check for your review. You are allowed to provide three (3) minor revisions.★ Once the artwork is accepted, I will email the full resolution .png file of the work and a watermark version for posting. There is no physical product to be delivered.TBD
